GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commission IN RE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITY FEES od AMENDED ORDER OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENT Order No. 52/2014 WHEREAS, on Tuesday August 26, 2014, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “PSC” or “the Commission”) met in Special Session in the its offices on both St. Thomas and St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, based upon the formula mandated in 30 V.LC. § 25a, all public utilities are subject to the assessment of fees on an annual basis by the Commission; and WHEREAS, the Legislature extended the sole right to Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (hereinafter “WAPA” or “the Authority”) to pay its annual assessment in equal quarterly installments; and WHEREAS, after careful review and deliberation and the recommendations of its staff, the Commission voted to make the following annual assessment fees on the listed public utilities: Utility 2013 Gross Ratio F/Y 2015 Fees Operating Reyenues Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority $ 120,828,191.00 50.80% | $ 870,385.03 Virg …
