BILL NO. 31-0505 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending Section 1, subsection (6)(B) of Act No.7697. reprogramming funds from the Home-based Frail Senior Citizen Pilot Program to reduce amounts owed by the Virgin Islands Government to Sea View Nursing Home Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act. No. 7697, section 1, paragraph (6) is amended in subparagraph (B) by striking “for a pilot home based program for frail senior citizens” and inserting “to reduce amounts owed by the Virgin Islands Government to Sea View Nursing Home”.
