The Government and the University hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, on April 26, 2019 the Parties entered into Memorandum of Agreement No. G003DOET19 (hereinafter “Agreement” or “MOA”) to develop procedures for carrying out a survey entitled “Special Education Parent Satisfaction Survey 2017” that will provide reliable estimates of the degree of parents’ satisfaction with the Special Education Program and the services provided by Virgin Islands Department of Education; and WHEREAS, the Agreement is due to terminate on November 30, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the completion dates of the Roles and Responsibilities described in Addendum I (Scope of Services); and WHEREAS, the amended services will not require an extension to the term of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the services described in Amended Addendum I (Scope of Services) shall not require a change to Addendum II (Compensation) in the amount of SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND SIXTY-THREE CENTS ($79,000.63); and NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that the Agreement is amended as follows: Initials: Ot aa Agreementng.0 0600 E TT 9 Amendment to Agreement No. GO03DOET19 University of the Virgin Islands- Special Education Parent Satisfactory Survey 2017 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties intending to be legally bound have hereunto set their hands on the day and year first above written GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS WITNESSES DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY AND PROCUREMENT halle» Lieve Anthonj, D.
