ACT NO.6554 BILL NO 24- 0286 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To authorize the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to allocate monies from the Miscellaneous Section of the 2003 Fiscal Year Budget to cover salary increases to each department and agency of the executive branch ---0--- BE IT ENACTED BY the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall allocate the sum of $4,000,000 appropriated in the Miscellaneous Section of the 2003 fiscal year Budget Act (Bill No. 24-0286), “C/NTR DM 2250 SALARY INCREASE GOVT EMPLOY,” or so much thereof as may be necessary, to cover negotiated salary increases for unionized employees of the several departments and agencies of the Executive Branch of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
