ACT NO.6652 BILL.NO. 25-0166 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS -_s- THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for Plots No. 9 and 13, Estate Prosperity, West End Quarter, Frederiksted, St. Croix, from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots No. 9 and 13, Estate Prosperity, West End Quarter, Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.55096 USS. acres and 0.5509 U.S. acres, respectively, for a total of 1.10186 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 1348, from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2004. …
