ACTNO, 7524 BILL NO. 30-0120 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act to amend Act No. 7453 (Bill No. 29-0385) by authorizing the usage of proceeds of the Series 2012 Bonds to purchase new radios and improve tower communications capabilities in the district of St. Croix and the district of St. Thomas and St. John ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7453 (Bill No. 29-0385) is amended in Section 2, in the following instances: (a) In the introductory clause preceding subsection (A) after “Police Fleet Project” by inserting, “for which funding from these proceeds shall remain available until expended”; and (b) Subsection (B) is amended at the end of the subsection after, “$7,000,000” by adding a phrase that reads as follows: “and the purchase of new radios for police officers in the district of St. Croix and in the district of St. Thomas and St. John and for the improvement of communications capabilities in the district of St. Croix and in the district of St. Thomas and St. …
