ACTNO. 8322 BILL NO. 33-0331 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Plot No. 6 Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter St. John, Virgin Islands to allow for an assisted living facility ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 6 Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.65 U.S., as more adequately shown on Drawing No. F9-3131-T73, dated June 3, 1973 to allow for an assisted living facility. All the other requirements of the R-1 (Residential—Low Density) zoning designation continue to apply to the property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on June 29, 2020.
