COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/FLOOR BILL NO. 36-0266 Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands March 13, 2026 An act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John rezoning Parcel 15 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to R-3 (Residential-Low Density) PROPOSED BY: Senator Milton E. Potter, by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 2 Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning 3 designation of Parcel 15 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting 4 of 2.967 U.S. acres, as described on Survey Drawing No. A9-591-T002, from R-4 (Residential- 5 Medium Density) to R-3 (Residential-Low Density). 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 This bill rezones Parcel 15 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from 8 R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to R-3 (Residential-Low Density). 9 BR26-1025/March 10, 2026/CBM 10 G36-053 11
