ACTNO, 7980 BILL NO. 31-0507 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending the Virgin Islands Code. title 29. section 228 to include car washes as a permitted use in the B-3 zoning district ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, subchapter I is amended in the following instances: (a) In Section 228, zoning district titled “B-3 BUSINESS-SCATTERED”, insert “Automobiles & Motorcycles, Laundry (Car Wash)” after the phrase “Uses permitted subject to the conditions set forth in sections 231 and 232 of this subchapter”. (b) In section 231, subsection (a), paragraph (4) after “B-2” insert “and B-3". Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 21, 2016.
