© The undersigned does hereby certify that the following is a true and exact copy of a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the University of the Virgin Islands adopted at its meeting on June 21, 1987, as recorded in the Minutes of said meeting. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF A CENTER - FOR CARIBBEAN ART WHEREAS, the Reichhold Center for the Arts was conceived as a Center for the development, display and per- formance of a variety of creative and cultural activities for the benefit of the University and the community of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, Mr. Henry H. Reichhold has donated funds for the further development of the Center by the addition of a Center for Caribbean Art; and WHEREAS, this Center for Caribbean Art as conceived is consistent with the University's plans and objectives; and WHEREAS, Mr. …

© The undersigned does hereby certify that the following is a true and exact copy of a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the University of the Virgin Islands adopted at its meeting on June 21, 1987, as recorded in the Minutes of said meeting. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF A CENTER - FOR CARIBBEAN ART WHEREAS, the Reichhold Center for the Arts was conceived as a Center for the development, display and per- formance of a variety of creative and cultural activities for the benefit of the University and the community of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, Mr. Henry H. Reichhold has donated funds for the further development of the Center by the addition of a Center for Caribbean Art; and WHEREAS, this Center for Caribbean Art as conceived is consistent with the University's plans and objectives; and WHEREAS, Mr. Reichhold has expressed a preference for employing the services of deJongh Associates, Architects, Engineers and Planners, to co-ordinate the development of this project; NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the President and Vice President for Business and Financial Affairs of the University of the Virgin Islands are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with deJongh Associates for the development of plans and specifications, and for other professional services necessary for the realization of this project.
