D/B/A Order No. 9/2021 VIYA WIRELESS FOR MODIFICATION OF ITS DESIGNATION AS AN ELIGIBLE TELECOMMUNICATIONS CARRIER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONNECT USVI FUND i i i ORDER By action taken in the noticed meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on Wednesday March 17, 2021, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 25, of the Virgin Islands Code, the following assessment is made to Vitelcom Cellular, Inc, d/b/a/ Viya: Docket Description Amount 664 Application VITELCOM Cellular, Inc. for Modification of its ETC $5,875.00 Designation to Participate in the Connect USVI Fund Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
