ACTNO. 6920 BILL NO. 27-0022 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending 3 V.I.C., chapter 5, section 65d relating to eligibility of members on boards and commissions ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5, section 65d is amended by re-designating subsection (c) and inserting a new subsection (c) to read: or commission.” “(c) No member serving on a board or commission may continue to serve as a board or commission member while simultaneously serving as an employee of that board Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 18, 2007.
