Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources informs the public that the following St. Thomas Coastal Zone Management (CZM) Committee Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 4:00pm. This meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Microsoft Teams. The agenda is as follows: Decision Meeting (testimony will not be heard) Decision Meeting for Major Coastal Zone Management No. CZMO-MJ0005-26- By-The-Sea Properties, LLP/Botany Bay Partners, LLC-Modification to CZT-5-06L. The project proposes to add a second story to three (3) Beach Block units. The project is located on Plot No. 7 & 4H Estate Botany Bay, St. Thomas VI, 00802. Decision Meeting (testimony will not be heard) Decision Meeting for Major Coastal Zone Management No. CZMJL0011-25- MSI Building Supply- Permit Renewal. The project is located on Plot No. 14, 14A, 15, Estate Nisky Subbase Crown Bay, St. Thomas, VI 00802. Decision Meeting (testimony will not be heard) Decision Meeting for Coastal Zone Management No. CZMJLW0001-25- Total Energies Marketing Puerto Rico Corporation. The project proposes modification for terminal operations for storage and delivery of Jet Fuel to Cyril E. King Airport. The project also includes construction of new installations inside terminal premises such as a loading rack, firefighting system and remodeling the administrative building. No new additions are proposed for the seaward portion of the facility.
