ACTNO, 7713 BILL NO. 30-0535 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act to amend the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) for Plot No. 10-A Estate Castle Coakley, Queen Quarter, St. Croix —-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 10-A Estate Castle Coakley, Queen Quarter, St. Croix consisting of approximately 0.4165 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD Drawing No. 496 dated May 11, 1956, revised June 19, 2000, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business- Scattered).
