Act No. 6304 (BILL NO. 23-0121) (Approved December 1, 1999) To appropriate monies from the Special Road Fund for the fiscal year ending October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 and other purposes Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of the Special Road Fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands (created by Act No. 206, Bill No. 389, enacted June 19, 1957), for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, and shall remain available until expended, except as otherwise stated, for the purposes expressly named herein.
