ACT NO. 6884 BILL NO. 26-0293 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act appropriating the sum of $15,000,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund as a contribution to the General Fund and providing appropriation of $350,000 for roads in Estate Grove Place on St.Croix ---0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, §3003a (e) the sum of fifteen million is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, from the Transportation Trust Fund as a contribution to the General Fund. SECTION 2. Notwith standing 33 V.I.C. §3003a (e), there is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Department of Public Works in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, the sum of $350,000 to pave the following roads in Estate Grove Place on the island of St. Croix: 1. the road bordered by Plot Nos. 269 and 277 in the West; and 2. the road bordered by Plot Nos. 257 and 269 in the East.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 19, 2006. …
