Act NO. 7787 TNO, 778 BILL NO. 31-0208 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewer Waste Water Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016.
