Summary page states 80,119 sf to be cleaned and sanitized. Does the sq.ft Include furniture, books, ceiling fans etc.? NO. All furniture finishes and equipment that is not physically attached to the structure is hereby considered refuse and shall be properly dispose in a legally approved manner. In the scope item #37 states to fabricate 1000 Ib of new ductwork. Which one to bid on the clean and sanitize or new ductwork? Item #37 is correct...Bid on the new duct work. . Item #10 and #11 each item states 10,000 sq. feet. Where is this work located on the premises? What is the purpose of the structural fabric and primer method? Please see Site 01 — Damage Log Pages 1-4. Structural fabric is for stabilization of the CMU. . Item #14 a block partition. Where on the premises is the work to be done? Please see Site 01 — Damage Log Pages 1-4. . Item #9 ADA ramp to be constructed. Where on premises is the ADA ramp to be constructed? Please see Site 01 — Damage Log Pages 1-4. . Item #6 The demolition are these gates? How long are they? Are gates Picket or chain link? Please see Site 01 —- Damage Log Pages 1-4. Chain Link Gates only. . Item #28 Is the metal grid and ceiling tiles being demolished? Remove & replace Ceiling Grid only where damaged. . Item #32 The Resilient flooring is for the replacement of the gym floor? Will the bleachers need to move and replace when installing flooring? The floor space is much bigger than 6,000 sq. ft will this be the amount to change? Bid on the quantity shown of 6,000 SF. . Items 43 and 44 Will we require electrical permits? Any approvals from WAPA needed? Will we have to dispose of old transformers? Yes, Electrical Permits are required. Yes, WAPA approvals required. Yes, Contractor will have to properly dispose of old transformers in a legal manner. 10.Item 45 Does generator need ATS? Does contractor dispose of old unit? Yes, an ATS is required for GENSET. Yes, Contractor will have to properly dispose of old GENSET in a legal manner. 11.Item 46 Is there an existing fixture in place? Yes. 12. Item 49 calls for one gate replaced. Earlier in Item 6 it says remove 5. How many gates will be built and installed? How many will have motor operators? Will contractor be responsible to trench and bring electrical to operate the motors? Please see Site 01 — Damage Log Pages 1-4. If any of the existing Gates being replaces are motor operated and the motor is nonoperational, replace motor. Yes, Contractor is responsible for any required trenching if required. 13. Item 28 and 30 call to demolish and replace ceiling tiles 39,627 sq.ft. The school is approx. 100,000 sq.ft. The tiles will be removed and replaced in selective rooms to get the 39,627 sq.ft? Yes, owner selected rooms. 14. Item 40 is there existing mini split units? If no do we need to install electrical to units? Where will the condenser be installed on ground, wall mount with brackets? Yes, there are existing split units existing. Condensers will be properly anchored outside as codified. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
