ACT NO.6659 BILL NO. 25-0174 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS , OF THE UNITED STATES _ Regular Session 2004 To rezone Parcels No. 14 and 15 Dronningens Gade, King’s Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-1 (Central Business District) ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-11 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcels No. 14 and 15, Dronningens Gade, King’s Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 8.640 square feet, as shown on Measure Brief dated October 20, 1953, and P.W.D. Map No. D9-3104-T85, from R-4 (Residential — Medium Density) to B-1 (Central Business District). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2004.
