Guy Benjamin Community Center Absentee Ballot Applications are available at the Elections System offices territory-wide or at the Elections System website- www.vivote.gov. The deadline to apply for an Absentee Ballot that must be mailed is July 18, 2026. This requirement is mandated to coordinate the timely delivery of your absentee ballot with the United States Postal Service. Voters can request an emailed absentee ballot or pick up in-person absentee ballot until August 1, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
