ACTNO. 6872 BILL NO. 26-0281 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act providing an appropriation from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sum or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, created pursuant to the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Fund, for fiscal year October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007, and remains available until expended for the purpose hereafter expressly named.
