BILL NO. 26-0033 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS po OF THE UNITED STATES ‘Regular Session 2005 To provide for the transfer of real property located on Water Island to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority, a land use study and plan for Water Island and an appropriation : _--(an- BEIT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands SECTION 1. Subject to any restrictive covenants, easements, servitudes or conditions imposed by the Government of the United States of America, Department of Interior and section 2 of this Act, the Governor shall transfer to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority 30 percent of the two hundred acres of real property on Water Island granted to the Government of the Virgin Islands by the Government of the United States Department of Interior. SECTION 2. The Governor shall conduct a land use study on, and develop a land use plan for the two hundred acres on Water Island transferred to the Government of the Virgin Islands by the Government of the United States of America, Department of Interior. …
