NOTICE OF SILENT AUCTION FOR Two (2) Shipping Containers with Chassis and Contents on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands Auction DATE: May 5, 2025 The Economic Development Park Corporation (“EDPC”), through the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (“USVIEDA”), will be holding a silent auction for two (2) 40-foot shipping containers and the accompanying chassis as well as all the contents within both shipping containers. The shipping containers contain unspecified miscellaneous items such as tools, equipment, machinery, and materials. EDPC will be accepting sealed bids at the Virgin Islands Industrial Park located at the top of the hill at Subbase, St. Thomas, USVI. The silent auction will begin on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. (AST) in the parking lot at the Virgin Islands Industrial Park located at #73 Subbase, St. Thomas, USVI 00802. NOTICE OF SILENT AUCTION FOR Two (2) Shipping Containers with Chassis and Contents on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands Auction DATE: May 5, 2025 The Economic Development Park Corporation (“EDPC”), through the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (“USVIEDA”), will be holding a silent auction for two (2) 40-foot shipping containers and the accompanying chassis as well as all the contents within both shipping containers. The shipping containers contain unspecified miscellaneous items such as tools, equipment, machinery, and materials. EDPC will be accepting sealed bids at the Virgin Islands Industrial Park located at the top of the hill at Subbase, St. Thomas, USVI. The silent auction will begin on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. (AST) in the parking lot at the Virgin Islands Industrial Park located at #73 Subbase, St. Thomas, USVI 00802. Attendance is required for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid for this auction. Bidders will be allowed to inspect container units from 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. At 11:00 a.m. bidders will be provided with bid sheets to be completed, placed in an envelope, and dropped in a locked box. At 12:00 p.m., bids will no longer be submitted. All bids will be gathered and read. The highest bid will be declared the winner. Winning bidder(s) will be given until 12:00 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2025 to submit payment and remove container units from the Virgin Islands Industrial Park property. Payments must be made at USVIEDA offices located at either 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite 620, St. Thomas, VI 00802, or 116 King Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI 00840 or online at https://pay.usvieda.org.
