SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY Know all persons by these presents that the undersigned, Najocki Boyd, owner of Parcel No. 19-1-2-4 Estate Smith Bay, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands declares that he gives Jennifer Jones of the Law Offices of Jennifer Jones, charge and power of attorney in order to appear for and on his behalf before the Department of Planning and Natural Resources and the Virgin Islands Legislature on the occasion of applying for rezoning of the following property described as: Parcel No. 19-1-2-4 Estate Smith Bay Nos. 1, 2, & 3 East End Quarter St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, consisting of 1.022 U.S. acres, more or less as shown on O.L.G.
