The same applies to doge roa-aing about the streets from 10.00 p. m. to 6.00 a. m., and also to bitches in rutting.time.’’ Beginning Monday, November 7, 1921, the above regulation in regards to dogs will be rigidly enforced and all dogs found unlawfully on the streets will be taken over by the Police.
