NATIONAL PARK SERVICE STUDY REGARDING 4 THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS MILITARY AND 5 VETERANS MEMORIAL MUSEUM. 6 (a) FINDINtiS, -The Congress finds as follows: 0 Military 1 a 2 (I) The U.S. Virgin Islands Military and Vet- 2 erans Memorial will be a tribute to the over 3000 3 war veterans of Virgin Island descent who reside in 4 St. Croix.
