SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewage System Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2008, through September 30, 2009, and remains available until expended.
