BILL NO. 25-0234 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To provide an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Department of Public Works from the Sewage System Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005 --0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Sewage System Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005. …
