ACTNO, 8012 BILL NO. 32-0151 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-1-17 (W) issued to the VIRGIN ISLANDS PORT AUTHORITY to allow for the dredging of the Krause Lagoon channel and cross channel located on the south shore of St. Croix. Virgin Islands ---0)--- WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-1-17 (W) for a term of 20 years on July 18, 2017, to the Virgin {slands Port Authority; and WHEREAS. Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-1-17 (W) authorizes the dredging of the Krause Lagoon and cross channels located on the south shore of St. Croix, seaward to the east of No. 8 Estate Hope. St. Croix, Virgin Islands to return to the operating depth of 36 feet; and WHEREAS. the Honorable Kenneth E.
