ACTNO, 8302 BILL NO. 33-0197 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending title 33, subtitle 1, part II, chapter 20, section 681 of the Virgin Islands Code by authorizing the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue to create any and all forms necessary for the collection and filing of taxes o--Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 33, subtitle I, Part II, chapter 20, section 681 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by redesignating subsections (i) and (j) as subsections (j) and (k), and inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follows: “(i) create and make available all forms for the collection of taxes and return of taxes, including form 720-B which must have a section to show the proceeds derived from cash, check, credit cards and online payment applications;”.
