ACTNO, 7514 BILL NO. 30-0036 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act amending title 20, chapter 35 of the Virgin Islands Code by authorizing the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to issue a Virgin Islands Identification Card ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 20, chapter 35 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding new Sections 372a — 372f to read as follows: “§372a. Virgin Islands Identification Card The Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles is authorized to issue a Virgin Islands Identification Card to any natural person who is a legal resident of the Virgin Islands. §372b. Definition (a) The term ‘Virgin Islands Identification Card’ shal] mean and refer to a non driver identification card, a non real ID Identification Card, or Territorial Identification Card issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
