ACT NO. 8606 BILL NO. 34-0282 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-1O for the island of St. Thomas to change the zoning designation of Parcel C Estate Nazareth, No. 1 Red Hook Quarter from R-2 (Residential Low Density-One and Two Family) to P (Public) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-1O for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the Zoning designation of Parcel C Estate Nazareth, No. I Red Hook Quarter consisting of approximately 9.91 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9- 1329-T77, dated March 31, 1977 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to P (Public).
