ACT NO.8 8 6 6 BILL NO. 35-0305 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act appropriating $1,000,000 from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for emergency grass and bush cutting on the island of St. Croix ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use restriction of title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 111, section 3087, subsection (a), the sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund, to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works, for emergency grass and bush cutting on the island of St. Croix. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on July 22, 2024.
