These sessions will provide key updates, engage the public, and offer insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping housing in the territory. These in-person events will be livestreamed on Facebook for those unable to attend in person. Light refreshments will be provided. These town halls are part of an ongoing effort to engage residents across the territory. These sessions will provide key updates, engage the public, and offer insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping housing in the territory. Attendees will gain insight into VIHFA’s three-year housing plan and upcoming programs, including updates on homeownership opportunities, emergency rental assistance program (ERAP), and funding for individuals experiencing housing insecurity. Representatives from our legal team will also discuss the importance of having your affairs in order, while our planning and construction team will share updates on new projects and the challenges of property development in the Virgin Islands. Following the presentation, a question & answer session will allow community members to engage directly with our team and receive updates on housing initiatives. We encourage all community members to register, attend, ask questions, and stay informed about the future of housing in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
