A certified list of all property owners within a 150 foot radius of the property boundaries was requested in May of 2025 from the Office of the Lt. Governor and has not yet been received. The only adjacent property owner to the project area is the University of the Virgin Islands. The remainder of the surrounding property is owned by VIPA. Attached is a non- certified list of property owners within a 150 foot radius of the larger airport parcel boundary as listed in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Citizen Access Portal and US Virgin Islands MapGeo.
