ACT NO. BILL NO. 34-0285 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act to amend Official Zoning Map Remainder Estate Susannaberg, No. I 7A Density-One and Two Family) to P (Public) No. SJZ-l to allow for the rezoning of Parcel No. 6 Cruz Bay Quarter St. John from R-2 (Residential-Low ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of tile Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code. chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-l for the island of St. John, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 6 Remainder Estate Susannaberg, No. I 7A Cruz Bay Quarter St. John, consisting of approximately 7.68 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No. D9-7873- T006 dated September 10, 2006. from R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to P (Public).
