ACI NO, 728% BILL NO. 29-0175 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act appropriating funds from the Government Insurance Fund for operating expenses of the Department of Finance and the Department of Labor for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2012 an-Qe-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use limitations of the funds prescribed in 24 V.L.C., §265 the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Government Insurance Fund for expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Department of Finance, office of the Custodian and the Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety and Health and the Division of Worker’s Compensation, for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2011 and ending September 30, 2012. …
