CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RANDOM SAFETY INSPECTIONS AT ALL TIMES. 11. CONTRACTOR IS EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN PROPER WORKING CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES PER OSHA STANDARDS AT ALL TIMES. 12. CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY CONSTRUCTION AND/OR CLOSE-OUT RELATED PERMITS, INCLUDING ELECTRICAL PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS, CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY, ETC. AS REQUIRED BY JURISDICTION. 13. CONTRACTOR IS EXPECTED TO CLOSE-OUT THE JOB SITE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE (OBTAINING A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY AND GETTING OWNER'S SIGN-OFF ON THE SITE). 14. CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE A COMPLETED TOWER HEIGHT VERIFICATION FORM AND TAPE DROP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF REACHING OVERALL HEIGHT.
