EPA has the following comments regarding HLA's proposed activities: • A map illustrating the locations of the proposed surface soil and soil boring location is necessary. • The number of samples to be collected from each boring should be stated. Additionally, it should be specified what criteria will be used to determine the total number of borings to be installed. …
