ACT NO, VOL] BILL NO. 27-0202 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act granting a use variance from the R-2 (Residential -Low Density-One and Two- Family) zoning designation to Plot No. 303 Estate Clifton Hill, King Quarter, St. Croix ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238a, a use variance from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) zoning designation is granted to Plot No. 303 Estate Clifton Hill, King Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of 0.2563 U.S. acres, as more fully described on P.W.D. Drawing No. 4568, dated July 18, 1989, for the operation of a driving school, computer school, professional offices, delicatessen, exercise gym, beauty salon and _ radio and television studios (broadcasting). All other requirements of the R-2 Zoning District continue to apply to the subject property. SECTION 2. Act No. 6360 SECTION 4 is repealed. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on June 18, 2008. …
