The line-up starts at 8:30 a.m. and the parade starts at 10:00 a.m. from WTJX (Channel 12 Building) to the Christiansted Fort. The following parking restrictions will be enforced: NO Traffic will be allowed eastbound past the Richmond Post Office from 8:00 a.m. NO Parking along King Street from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. NO Traffic will be allowed onto King Street from any of the connecting sides streets from 9:00 a.m. …
