ACTNO. 7658 BILL NO. 30-0415 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act honoring and commending Milton M. “Milt” Newton for his formidable contributions to the Virgin Islands and renaming the Bordeaux Basketball Court in his honor —0-— WHEREAS, Milton Miles “Milt” Newton was born on August 25, 1965, on the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and was raised in St. Thomas and Washington, DC and is the proud son of the late Cleopatra Newton; and WHEREAS, Milton M. Newton is married to Shalaun and is the proud father of two children, Shaniya Adell and Miles Kenneth; and WHEREAS, Milton M. Newton attended Leonard Dober Elementary School, Jane E. Tuitt Elementary School and Wayne N. Aspinall Junior High School; and WHEREAS, Milton M. Newton is a six foot, four inch guard/forward in the sport of Basketball; and WHEREAS, Milton M.
