ACTNO, @822 BILL NO. 31-0291 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-03-14(FL) issued by the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission to Gottlicb’s Quickway Service Center, Inc. and the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources and Gottlieb’s Quickway Service Center, Inc. WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-03-14(FL) to Gottlieb’s Quickway Service Center, Inc. on February 18, 2015, which the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved on May 19, 2015; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows Gottlieb’s Quickway Service Center, Inc. the continued use and occupancy of approximately 17,711 square feet of filled land located at Parcel No. 3 Crown Bay Fill, St. …
