Conceptual drawings/renderings of proposed development, as well as, pictures of the area and project site Please note that this meeting is designed to vet the proposed development project. To facilitate discussion, the applicant’s team will be expected to make a presentation (preferably PowerPoint or similar) to representatives from various divisions within DPNR. The presentation should include: 1. A current description of the project site; 2. A description of the proposed development (project) and best management practices that will be established or used throughout the project to ensure limit negative environmental impacts. During the pre-application meeting, department representatives will provide feedback and offer guidance to assist in the permitting processes and project duration. Meeting Format: Currently, these meetings are held virtually (on the internet) via the Zoom Platform. The meeting link will be provided to you once the meeting date/time is confirmed. 12 V.I. R. & Regs. § 904-8(6) Preliminary Consultation. Federal agencies must consult with the Division when assessing whether an activity, which is funded by the Federal or Territorial government will be consistent with the VICZMP. A federal agency may request a preliminary meeting in writing notifying the Division that the Agency has identified an activity as one requiring, or possibly requiring, a consistency determination.
