Office of the Commissioner Monday, May 4, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources informs the public that the following St. Croix Coastal Zone Management (CZM) Committee Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 5:30pm. This meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Microsoft Teams. The agenda is as follows: Decision Meeting ( Testimony will not be heard) Decision Meeting for Major Coastal Zone Management, CZMJL0001-24, Blue Sky Towers III, LLC. The project proposes to erect a 150-foot-tall monopole communications tower along with associated equipment, to be contained within a 60-foot by 60-foot lease area at Plot 3 Estate Long Point & Cotton Garden, Eastend B Quarter, St. Croix. The project shall also include a 15-foot-wide by 1,285.84-foot-long access/utility easement that extends northwest connecting with East End Road. Also included is a 15-foot wide by 369.6-foot-long access/utility easement that extends southwest connecting with existing utilities. …

Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources informs the public that the following St. Croix Coastal Zone Management (CZM) Committee Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 5:30pm. This meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Microsoft Teams. The agenda is as follows: Decision Meeting ( Testimony will not be heard) Decision Meeting for Major Coastal Zone Management, CZMJL0001-24, Blue Sky Towers III, LLC. The project proposes to erect a 150-foot-tall monopole communications tower along with associated equipment, to be contained within a 60-foot by 60-foot lease area at Plot 3 Estate Long Point & Cotton Garden, Eastend B Quarter, St. Croix. The project shall also include a 15-foot-wide by 1,285.84-foot-long access/utility easement that extends northwest connecting with East End Road. Also included is a 15-foot wide by 369.6-foot-long access/utility easement that extends southwest connecting with existing utilities. The tower and equipment will be located at Parcel 3, and the easement connecting East End Road shall cross over Parcel 2. Both parcels are zoned R-1 (Residential). The proposed project is approximately 28,431.60 square feet. The proposed tower is intended to facilitate participation by Liberty Mobile and the VI Government in the “First Responder Network” (FirstNet). Public Hearing (Testimony will be heard) Public Hearing for Major Coastal Zone Management, CZMJLW0004-25- St. Croix Renaissance Group- Reverse Osmosis Installation. The project proposes to install a Sea Water Reverse Osmosis unit to produce water for off-site distribution. The project also proposes a connection to existing seawater intake structures, installation of transfer pipelines on existing sleepers, pipe rack and routing to Diageo and other potential customers for purchase of portable water.
