Dear Mrs. Kwan: On behalf of the Tutu Environmental Investigation Committee (TEIC) Geraghty & Miller, Inc. kindly informs you that due to delays in the contractual agreement with the drilling contractor, the start date for the drilling activities for the Phase n Remedial Investigation (RI) at the Tutu Wells Site has been postponed for Wednesday March 9, 1994. The site safety meeting will be conducted the morning of Tuesday March 8, 1994. The soil gas survey has also been rescheduled to begin mobilization Monday, February 28, 1994 due to delays in the drafting of site access agreements with the USVI Department of Justice and the Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA). Geraghty & Miller trust these changes in schedule do not cause an inconvenience. …
