VISITOR ARRIVALS NOVEMBER 2015 There were 251,960 visitors to the Territory in November 2015, down 4,650 or 1.8 percent when compared to November 2014, both air and cruise passenger arrivals declined. There were 199,443 cruise ship passenger arrivals this month compared to 202,882 visitors that came in November 2014, a drop of 1.7 percent. The number of ship cruise ship calls grew to 72 from 69 last November. Air arrivals, which totaled 52,517 in November , fell by 2.3 percent when compared with November of last year. ARRIVALS BY DISTRICT The St. Thomas and St. John district received 42,628 air visitors, a 4.7 percent decreased over November 2014. The St. Croix district showed a 9 .2 percent growth in air arrivals to 9,989 from 9,147 last year. The St. Thomas/St. John district received 184,952 cruise passengers a 3.6 percent decrease over last year. St. Croix hosted 14,491 cruise passengers versus the 15,310 that visited last November . …
