On September 01, 2022, at Crown Mountain Water, Mr. Fenton struck the victim twice in the face causing injuries during what seemed to have been a misunderstanding. Mr. Joseph Fenton, 39-years-old, was arrested for Assault Third and Disturbance of the Peace, with bail set at $25,000.00. He was unable to post bail and turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending Advice of Rights. This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. …
