ACT NO, 6721 BILL NO. 25-0258 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 and SCZ-12 for Plot No. 4-L-A Estate Sion Farm, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 and SCZ-12,-Plot No. 4-L-A Estate Sion Farm, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 2.00 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 5375, dated November 2002, for the island of. St. Croix, “is amended by changing the zoning designation from R-2 (Residential-Low-Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business- Scattered). * Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 30, 2004.
