ACT NO. 6917 BILL NO. 27-0039 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending 1 V.I.C., section 14 relating to notice of corrections of the laws to the Code Revisor; title 1, chapter 17 relating to the Uniform Law Commission; title 2, chapter 10a, relating to the Office of the Code Revisor; title 3, section 408 relating to the Virgin Islands Heritage Commission; title 3, section 706(c), relating to the reemployment of retirees, title 3, chapter 27 relating to conditions of retirement, amending Act 6905 relating to conditions of retirement, and making several appropriations and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 1 Virgin Islands Code, section 14, subsection (b) is amended by striking the word “and” after the first occurrence of “Virgin Islands”, by inserting after the second occurrence of “Virgin Islands” “and the Code Revisor” and after “member” by striking “or” and inserting a comma (,) and after “Governor” by inserting “or the Code Revisor”.
